1. What Leemon does

Leemon lets you:

• Create, import and organize your own recipes.
• Generate new recipes from text, voice or photo descriptions using AI models.
• Get guidance while cooking through a conversational assistant.
• Share and, where applicable, sell cookbooks (creator feature).

2. Your account

To use the app you must be at least 14, provide a valid email and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, notes and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited, necessary license to store it, display it on your devices and, when you use AI features, send it to our technology providers solely to deliver the Service.

If you import a recipe from a social network or other source, you are responsible for having the necessary rights or permissions.

4. AI-generated content

Recipes, images and texts generated with AI are guidance only. They may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional culinary, nutritional or medical advice. Always verify before cooking.

5. Allergies and food safety

Important: allergen labels, dietary suggestions and cooking times are indicative. If you have allergies, intolerances or health conditions, always verify ingredients and consult a healthcare professional. We are not responsible for the use you make of the information provided.

6. Permitted use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, upload content that infringes third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access to the infrastructure, perform mass scraping, or generate AI content that is unlawful or violates our providers' policies.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Price and frequency will be shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Apple, Google or Stripe; we do not store your banking data.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the store where you bought it; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. By starting to use digital content after purchase, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal over content already consumed (Spanish TRLGDCU art. 103.m), without prejudice to refunds the payment platform may handle.

8. Our property

The software, the "Leemon" brand, designs, models and all code are owned by Growith App SL or its licensors. Use of the Service grants you a personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to use it under these Terms.

9. Availability

We strive to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice when possible.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by willful misconduct, gross negligence, or to consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time from settings or by writing to privacy@leemon.kitchen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, without prejudice to consumer rights. As an EU consumer you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
