What you can ask for

Real examples, written the way you'd say them to your assistant.

“Save this Instagram recipe to my Desserts cookbook.”

Pulls ingredients and steps out of the video and files it where you say. Works with TikTok, YouTube, blogs or pasted text too.

“What can I cook tonight with what's in the fridge?”

Generates a recipe from your ingredients, audits it against Leemon's rubric and saves it if you like it.

“My lentils come out bland — how do I fix them?”

Reviews your recipe and proposes specific changes. If you accept, it saves them and keeps the previous version.

“Find something vegan under 30 minutes.”

Searches Leemon's catalogue and your own: personal recipes, favourites and cooking journal.

“Translate my potato omelette into French and German.”

Saves the recipe in all seven Leemon languages, ready to share with anyone.

“Log that I cooked the ramen today and give it 5 stars.”

Updates your favourites and your cooking journal without opening the app.

You need

Any Claude plan (on Free, a single connector).

Where

Add it from claude.ai or Claude Desktop; it then works in the mobile apps and in Cowork too.

  1. 1
Open Claude and go to Settings → “Customize” → “Connectors”.
  2. 2
Click “+” and choose “Add custom connector”.
  3. 3
Paste the server URL and click “Add”.
  4. 4
Click “Connect”: Leemon opens so you can sign in and authorize access.
  5. 5
In each chat, turn it on from “+” → “Connectors”.
  6. 6
That's it. Try: “find my vegan recipes in Leemon”.

On Team or Enterprise accounts, an owner adds it first under “Organization settings → Connectors” → “Add” → “Custom” → “Web”, and then each member clicks “Connect”.

Permissions and privacy

What it can and can't do, in plain words.

You approve every action

Your chatbot shows you what it's about to do before it does it. Leemon writes nothing you don't confirm in the conversation, and deleting requires repeating the exact identifier.

It's optional

The app works exactly the same without connecting anything. You can disconnect it from your chatbot whenever you want and access stops working.

Your data stays in your account

The connector signs in as you, with your permissions. It only sees your recipes and your cookbooks — never anyone else's.

No cost surprises

Connecting is free. AI features consume the same as inside the app and respect your plan's limits.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to connect it?
No. The connector is free with your Leemon account. AI features use your plan's limits, just like inside the app.
Can it delete my recipes?
Only if you ask and confirm. Deleting a recipe or a cookbook requires repeating its exact identifier, and it warns you first how many recipes would be affected. There's no trash: it's permanent.
Does Leemon read my conversations?
No. Leemon only receives the specific call your chatbot makes and answers it. We don't log your conversation text or your recipe content.
How do I disconnect it?
From the same connectors screen in your chatbot. Once you revoke access, the connector can no longer reach your account.
Does it sync with the mobile app?
Yes, it's the same account. What you create from the chatbot shows up in the app, and what you do in the app is visible to the chatbot.
